The program is intended for replacing standard melodies in the Siemens C55. Firmware versions 14 and 24 are supported; for other versions, it is recommended to make a backup copy of the firmware first.

SMES replaces IMA ADPCM sounds and SI3 melodies, trims the file or pads it with silence if necessary, allows you to change the melody name, creates a patch with data to roll back the changes, and lets you launch V_KLay immediately.
