Siemens Service Profiler

The program is intended for editing EEPROM block 71, called the Factory Service Profile. It stores small settings in the form of yes/no flags, and their values may vary depending on the installed SIM card, or more precisely, its operator.

You can load the block from a phone or file, modify the list of operators and the functions assigned to each of them, and then save the block back. The flag descriptions are stored in a simple INI file, which can be extended for different phone models.
