Siemens CE is designed to search for and modify fonts in Siemens mobile phones. It opens FullFlash, FLS, and individual font blocks, displays the character table, and lets you edit each character pixel by pixel.

Features:

  • Automatic detection of font tables in FullFlash images for x35–x65 phones;
  • Support for different sizes, styles, and code pages;
  • Display of Unicode and language pack codes for the selected character;
  • Import and export of individual characters and font blocks;
  • Creation of VKP patches with rollback data;
