Siemens Picture Change opens a FullFlash in BIN format, finds embedded graphics, and displays the selected image. Images can be extracted to BMP, replaced with custom ones, and the changes can be saved as a V_KLay patch. The new image may differ in size from the original; compressed graphics are supported on phones whose firmware provides for it.

SPC 2.0 includes an editor for the S/ME45i main screen: icons can be moved around the screen, and the profile, network, and battery images can be viewed and replaced. Model support is defined in the INI file; x35, x45, and M(T)50 phones are supported by default.

SPC 3 ports the editor to x65 and adds a language pack editor and image processing plugins.
