Universal Ringtone Converter converts MIDI to mobile phone ringtone text formats and back. You can convert a ringtone from one text format to another, edit it, play it through a MIDI sequencer, and get the key sequence for entering it on a phone.

The description of each format is stored in an external INI file and can be extended without modifying the program. The included package contains formats for Siemens, Nokia, and Ericsson phones.
