SendSMS is a small program for sending SMS from Windows through a connected phone. Messages can be sent from the graphical interface or the command line. SMS messages up to 760 characters long are supported.

To run it, you need Visual Basic Runtime 6, COMCTL32.OCX, and MSCOMM32.OCX. Both OCX libraries are included in the OCX Control 1.1 package in the additional files.
